If you would like to return a product or make a complaint, please fill out our returns and complaints form. Once we have received your request, we will get back to you via email with further instructions.
Returns
You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it. The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Please note that:
We do not offer return shipping labels. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Returns must be sent with trackable shipping via PostNord directly to our address.
Returns may not be sent to agents.
Packages sent to agents will not be collected and will be returned to the sender. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the package until it has been delivered to us.
Complaints
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we ask you to make a complaint via the form and describe the problem as clearly as possible.
