How do I order?

You can easily place an order by selecting products, adding them to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

 How can I pay in the store? +
You can pay securely in the store with Card, Klarna or Swish. All payments are made via secure and encrypted payment solutions.
 How long is the delivery time?

Our usual delivery time is 1-3 working days.
NOTE: Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday of the following week at the earliest.
 How much does shipping cost? +
The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on purchases over 995 SEK within Sweden.
 Can I track my order? +
Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
 How do I make a return? +
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. Contact us via email before sending the item back and we will help you with return instructions.
 Who is responsible for the return shipping? +
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping. In the event of a complaint or faulty product, we will of course be responsible for the cost.
 What do I do if my item is broken or faulty? +
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Please attach pictures and we will help you as quickly as possible.
